Excellent customer service. Though I made the order via eBay and had some queries and had order a replacement remote and the guy over the call was so helpful and nice. It’s been more than a year since I purchased and product out of warranty but they helped the best they could with my query. Thanks lighting empire and continue to be the same. Would highly recommend.
